Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal
Spray an 11×17 or 9×9 pan with cooking spray.
In a large pot melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook over medium-low heat until marshmallows are completely melted.
Once marshmallows are melted, remove pot from heat and add cereal to the pot, stirring to coat.
Press into prepared pan and cool. Cut into bars and serve.
I like to actually make this in the microwave. It’s super easy and the only dirty dishes you will have are a mixing bowl and a spatula. Just melt the butter in the mixing bowl first, on high for 30 seconds in the microwave. Add the marshmallows to your mixing bowl and do the same in the microwave. Take out, stir and they will melt the rest of the way. Add the cereal, stir, pour and BAM! You are done!
I also doubled this recipe to fit in my 13×9 baking pan, you see in my tweet above.
